Upgrade package to Firmware 1.46 (496kB zip)

This package contains all files to upgrade from any firmware version of the GENIUS to the latest version; incl. GENI_COM.zip + Ecmu.zip.

GENI_COM Version 1.8 (73kb zip)

Communication program between PC and GENIUS for DOS. This version supports all features of the actual firmware. It is required to backup data from the GENIUS that runs with FW 1.44. Does not work on Windows NT/2000/XP !

GENI_COM NT (354kb Windows executable)

Communication program between PC and GENIUS for NT-based operating systems. This version supports all features of the GENIUS firmware 1.43. No support for EV S-X evaporators. An installation password is required, please contact Ferrotec GmbH for more information.

GENIUS Data Sets:

The following files contain a selection of different data sets. The data sets (*.gcd files) can be uploaded into the GENIUS with the GENI_COM communication program. We provide a data set for metal (0,4kB zip) evaporation, and a set for oxides (1,3kB zip) evaporation.
