Company Structure

Ferrotec GmbH - is a 100% subsidiary of Ferrotec (USA) Corporation - and has activities in 3 product groups:

• Products from companies in the Ferrotec-Group - FERRO
• Products from own production - Ferrotec EBGun
• Products fron Brooks / Polycold Systems, Inc. - POLYCOLD

The following schematic explains the product - product group relation and the activity of Ferrotec GmbH.
