Ferrotec offers a wide range of vacuum feedthroughs for high voltage, water and magnet current. Feedthroughs are available for both high vacuum and UHV application.
The Ferrotec High Voltage Feedthrough provides a quick, simple and safe method of supplying the
high voltage required for a Ferrotec Electron Beam Evaporator into a vacuum chamber.
The high voltage cable on the atmosphere side is attached to push-on connectors and secured by a cable clamp. It is recessed and completely enclosed in PTFE insulation for safety.
High voltage feedthroughs are available either with a 25 mm (1") O-ring sealed mounting, or with DN40CF metal sealed flange mount.
The Ferrotec Magnet Current Feedthrough provides a quick and simple method
of supplying the magnet current required for an Ferrotec Electron Beam Evaporator into a vacuum chamber.
