Communication program between PC and GENIUS for DOS. This version supports all features of the actual firmware. It is required to backup data from the GENIUS that runs with FW 1.44. Does not work on Windows NT/2000/XP !

GENICOM 2.0 (9,2Mb ZIP file)

Communication program between PC and GENIUS for Windows based operating systems. This version supports all features of the GENIUS firmware 2.xx. An unpacking password is required, please contact Ferrotec GmbH for more information.

Firmware for GENIUS 2.xx. Flashing requires specific software. Ask the responsible Product Manager for advice.

GENIUS Data Sets:

The following files contain a selection of different data sets. The data sets (*.gcd files) can be uploaded into the GENIUS with the GENI_COM communication program. We provide a data set for metal (0,4kB zip) evaporation, and a set for oxides (1,3kB zip) evaporation.
