POLYCOLD^® cryo generators are synonym for increased productivity in a wide range of vacuum coating applications. Using POLYCOLD^®'s patented cryogenic refrigeration process the cryo pump works on the Meissner trapping principle. Coils can be customized according to customer's needs.
